
General Terms & Policies:
To ensure a smooth and productive experience, these policies outline the expectations, payment terms, scheduling procedures, and confidentiality agreements for all services.
My goal is to provide clear guidelines that protect both students and families while maintaining a structured and professional consulting process.
Enrollment & Payment:
A signed Service Agreement & payment deposit are required before sessions begin.
Register before June 1 to secure the $1,950 fee; fee increase for late registration (5% after June 1, and 10% after September 1).
Enrollment must be initiated no later than July 31, 2025, unless a special arrangement has been discussed with the Consultant.
Session Rescheduling & Cancellations:
Sessions must be scheduled in advance & completed by November 1, 2025
Two to four hours of advanced cancellation notice is required for rescheduling; missed sessions may not be rescheduled
Turn-around Time & Deadlines:
Essay editing services require 72 hours per round of review.
Rush requests (less than 72 hours) may be accommodated with an additional fee, subject to availability.
Expiration of Sessions
Purchased sessions must be used within the 2025 calendar year unless otherwise agreed upon.
Confidentiality
All student information and work remain strictly confidential, except for communication with the parent or responsible party regarding progress and recommendations.
Student essays may be used as model texts for future students, but only with the student’s explicit permission.
Service Agreement Requirement
Any services requiring more than one Focused Strategy Session must be accompanied by a signed service agreement between the consultant, parent/responsible party, and the student.
